Approve Agenda and Posting
Chair Bartow verified the meeting was properly noticed. Motion by Supervisor Brockway, seconded by Supervisor Morris to approve the agenda as presented. Motion Carried.
Approve March 13, 2025 Minutes
Supervisor Brockway motioned to approve the minutes with the correction of C. Knoble being present to C. Knothe, seconded by Supervisor Morris. Motion Carried.
Approve Treasurer’s Report
B. Brockway reviewed the treasurer’s report. Motion by Chair Bartow, seconded by Supervisor Brockway to approve the treasurer’s report as presented. Motion Carried.
Town Chair Remarks
a. Gratitude: Chair Bartow extended his appreciation to Supervisor Morris and Clerk Nelson for their years of dedication and service to the township. No action.
Reports
b. Supervisors’ Reports: Supervisor Brockway reported a concern of the school bus pickup point
at Briar and Needles Lane. Nothing to report by Supervisor Morris. No Action.
c. Patrolman/Road Report: No report.
d. Lone Rock Fire District: Chair Bartow reported the next meeting is May 27th at 7:00pm.
e. Richland Fire District: No report.
Kay Schulz variance for cabin less than required size at 34029 Briar Lane. No action taken.
Publish Ads for Town Spring Clean-up – May 17th (8am-1pm)
Motion by Supervisor Brockway, seconded by Supervisor Morris, to approve B. Brockway to publish an ad
for two weeks. Motion Carried.
Signatory Changes – The Peoples Community Bank Effec2ve April 15th
Motion by Chair Bartow, seconded by Supervisor Brockway to remove Van Nelson’s signer and online banking credentials for the town’s accounts and approve Melissa Allen as a signer and with same online banking credentials as Van Nelson effective April 15, 2025. Motion Carried.
Discussion and Possible Approval for the Purchase of WTA Town Officers’ Handbooks
Motion by Chair Bartow, seconded by Supervisor Morris to approve Chair Bartow to purchase two handbooks for $50 each with Chair Bartow absorbing shipping costs. Motion carried.
2025 Board of Review Training:
Motion by Supervisor Brockway, seconded by Chair Bartow, to approve 2025 BOR training be purchased by supervisors and clerk through UW Local Government Center for $50 each and reimbursement be made upon completion. Motion Carried.
2025 WTA Spring Workshop
Motion by Chair Bartow, seconded by Supervisor Brockway, to approve Supervisor Elect Thome and Clerk
Elect Allen to attend the 2025 WTA Spring Workshop in-person or online with registration of $70 be reimbursed. Motion Carried.
Buena Vista Lions Club Material Request – Gotham Park
J. Kleckner requested two loads of fines for the ball diamond and four loads of gravel to be placed under the new bleachers and around structures with trucking being donated. Motion by Chair Bartow, seconded by Supervisor Brockway to approve the purchase of up to six loads of material not exceeding $175 per
load. MoIon Carried.
Request for Treasurer to Purchase Paper
Motion by Supervisor Brockway, seconded by Supervisor Morris approving the treasurer to purchase a case of paper. Motion Carried.
Pay Bills
Motion by Chair Bartow, seconded by Supervisor Brockway, to pay bills as presented with check #2818 for $1,060 be voided and reissued for $530.00 to Catalis and check #2828 recharted as mobile home fee. Motion Carried.

Citizen requested agendas and notices be posted at the Sextonville Post Office.
