Call to order at 7:00 p.m. by chair Bartow

Chair Remarks: Annual town letter presented. County zoning changes for /December agenda.
Reports: Supervisor Brockway, DNR questioned water sample of dump- Clerk received email from MSA Engineering that DNR updating records and sent another copy of samples
Supervisor Morris: No report
Randy Olson Trucking, a. Culverts were delivered.
b. Cemetery clean up fix up: motion by Bartow 2nd by Brockway to approve maintenance by Randy Olson Trucking for town cemeteries not to exceed $3000. Motion carried
LRFD: no report
RRFD: report of size of structure for replacement fire station. Fund raiser planned for headgear, boots, etc
Schuerman Rd: Randy Olson asked about progress of Schuerman Rd. closure. The clerk responded there was an issue with the register of deeds who didn’t agree with surveyors’ description. Will go through the process again. Motion by Brockway 2nd by Morris for new public hearing notice to be set for Dec 19/2024 6PM Buena Vista Town Hall motion carried
George Parkhurst: Motion by Bartow 2nd by Brockway approve pass thru for variance to RCo zoning motion carried
Treasurers request for purchases of stamps, ink, paper, labels, and ink pads for tax collection duties.
The treasurer offered that she did not have access to the Pitney Bowes stamp machine because they did not have a key to the hall. This was a false statement because a key was provided to a household member who is also a town official the month prior
Check will be provided to treasure for the amount of $1398 for postage at December meeting. Chair directed treasurer to submit a monthly report with inventory of supplies used for treasurers’ duties, to include but not limited to stamps, envelopes, computer cartridges, paper. This is to insure separation of materials for other positions held by treasurer.
Chair will secure dot.gov emails for officials.
Motion to disperse budgeted funds to Lone Rock Ambulance Service ($8000.00), Ithaca First Responders ($4000) by Morris 2nd by Brockway motion carried.
Lions Club reported on Halloween party
