ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 15, 2025

Call to Order
Chair Bartow called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Approve Agenda and Posting
Chair Bartow verified the meeting was properly noticed. Motion made by Supervisor Brockway, seconded by Bartow to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried.
Approve 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes
Chair Bartow motioned to approve the minutes, seconded by Supervisor Brockway. Motion carried.
Welcoming Returning/New Town Officers
Chair Bartow welcomes the returning officers as well as the two new officers.
Recognition of Electors for Questions/Statements
Elector A. Rose wants parking in front of his home addressed, citing ordinance 346.54, how to park and stop on streets. Many questions and concerns and how it has always been were discussed by the group. Was asked to have getting no parking signs on the May agenda.
