Call to Order: 7PM by Chair Bartow.

Approve Agenda and Posting: Properly posted, motion to approve Supervisor Thome, 2nd Supervisor Brockway, Approved

March 12 Minutes: Motion to approve Brockway, 2nd Thome, Approved.

Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer Brockway reported on all accounts. Motion to approve Thome, 2nd Brockway. Approved

Town Chair Remarks:

  1. Richland County Ambulance: Study was completed. Chair asking questions and for numbers.

Reports:

  1. Supervisors: Thome zoning questions and positive feedback about election, Brockway garbage complaints and concern that there is a lot of cars on some properties in Gotham.
  2. Clerk: Election went well, Hall septic due, Open Book April 22 and BOR May 4
  3. Patrolman/Road: Brushed Dillon Rd.
  4. 2026 Road Tour: R. Olson to perform the road tour and report back.
  5. Lone Rock Fire: No meeting. Next meeting April 28 7PM
  6. Richland Fire: Paid bills, discussion of handling town not paying

Variance Request: Cal Weier- Parcel #006-3540-0500- Requesting an accessory building addition. Motion Brockway, 2nd Thome. Carries

Open Bids for Sealcoating, Chips, and Gravel: 2 Bids for Single seal/Double seal, we supply chips they supply chips. Motion to accept Fahrner’s bid $16,377/mi single seal, $32,754/mi double seal including the Town suppling Bindl Bauer chips 15.20/ton by Thome, 2nd Brockway. Carries. Only 1 bid for materials. Motion to accept Bindl Bauer gravel $8.44/ton and breaker $11.40/yd by Brockway, 2nd Thome. Carries.

Sealcoating Town Roads 2026: No action, move to next month.

Liquor License App Kaul Park: 6mo class B Malt Beverage license. Fee paid and no objections. Motion to approve Brockway, 2nd Thome. Carries.

Liquor License App Buena Vista Lions Club: 6mo class B Malt Beverage license. Fees paid and no objections. Motion to approve Brockway, 2nd Thome. Carries.

Pay Bills: Update on Alliant credit. Motion to pay as presented Thome, 2nd Brockway. Paid.

Citizen Comments: Vehicles at different locations in town, question if thoughts of a new hall.
