Call to Order: By Chair Bartow at 7pm
Approve Agenda & Posting: Motion Supervisor Brockway, 2nd Supervisor Thome. Approved
Approve Nov. 13, 2025 Minutes: Motion Thome, 2nd Brockway. Approved
Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer Brockway reports on all accounts. Motion Brockway, 2nd Thome. Approved
Town Chair Remarks:
- Garbage Collection: Will continue to monitor, patience please
Reports:
- Supervisors Reports: Thome, resident on Jesse St. would like no breaking signs. This is a process that needs to go through the DOT. Brockway already talked about what he had in the garbage section.
- Clerk Report: Resident wants a private drive sign on a road not maintained by the town. Private road up to them to post.
- Patrolman/Road Report: Rohn Hollow culvert in, Brush at dump taken care of, Plowing.
- Lone Rock Fire Dst: Meetings moving to quarterly instead of every other month, retirements, people in training, Sat. festivities, Next meeting Jan. 27, 2026 7pm
- Richland Fire Dst: Discussion of buying land to build a future fire station, Given the weather the Steak Feed turnout was good.
Appoint Election workers 2026-2027: List presented. Motion to accept with ability to add more as they come forward Brockway, 2nd Thome. Carries.
New Printer for Clerk: No action, Clerk to research printers, future agenda item.
Park Bathroom Building Upgrade: Motion to buy doors with Allen to call to see if will take an E-Check, if not Chair Bartow will use personal credit card, the town will reimburse him the amount of $2,597.78 to be issued by December 31,2025 by Thome, 2nd by Brockway. Carries.
Pay Bills: Motion with the addition of Richland Cty Hwy $2,616.79 and Bindl Bauer $1,202 for a new total of $73,353.20 by December 31,2025 Brockway, 2nd Thome. Bills Paid.
